- Drop dumpling strips into simmering broth. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes, then cover and cook for another 10 minutes, until dumplings are puffed and cooked through.
- Let Rest:
- Remove from heat and allow to rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
