Method
 

  1. In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and add lemon slices. Let steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture into a teapot or jug.
  5. Stir in honey and apple cider vinegar if desired.
  6. Serve hot or refrigerate for a refreshing cold tea.
